Imran Khan angry on KP’s government response on Aitizaz Hasan’s death
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairperson Imran Khan has express his displeasure on Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) government lack of response on the death of brave young man Aitzaz Hassan. Aitzaz has tackled a suicide bomber to prevent him going into Hangu’s school filled with hundreds of children on January 6, 2014. KP’s Chief Minister Pervez Khattak is often criticized by critics and termed as a weak and directionless administrator who has yet to make his mark on terrorism riddle province. This lack of response on Aitzaz Hassan’s martyrdom is just another slipup of Pervez Khattak’s poor administration.
PTI’s chairman Imran Khan has paid tribute to young boy Aitzaz Hassan and declare him Pakistan’s national hero. He also announced to setup an Aitizaz Hasan Fund. Analyst says that Imran Khan must review Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) government progress so far, as they are way behind on all promises they have made during election. One of those promise was to KP’s rid of terrorism. Imran have supported peace talks with Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) since Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) took office in KP, but the province has many several TTP attacks and loss of life and property. There is growing demand of KP people to formulate anti-terrorism policy and take stern action against all Taliban’s factions.
