Malala Yousafzai sent to UK for medical treatment
The child activist, blogger and advocate of education, Malala Yousafzai was sent to United Kingdom (UK) for further medical treatment and recovery. The poor child was shot in head and neck by Taliban terrorist along with two other young girls when they were returning home in a school van. Malala Yousafzai condition remains critical during past days. She underwent sensitive surgery where bullet was removed from her skull. Fortunately, the bullet has nearly misses her brain. The doctor were hopeful for her survival but have warned that 48 to 72 hours would be critical for her. Later it was reported that 14-year-old Malala has started to respond and was feeling pain indicating that her brain has not suffer any severer damage. The whole nation was praying for Malala Yousafzai during last several days. There is a wide spread anger against Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) who accepted the responsibility of attacking Malala and young girls in Swat valley.
Malala Yousafzai is shifted to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital, that has specialized in treating complex trauma cases. The hospital have good track record of treating hundred of Briton’s soldiers wounded in Afghanistan war. The doctors at Queen Elizabeth Hospital have ensured that Malala Yousafzai has good chance of recovery and they are very hopeful. This news is indeed a sign from Almighty who have answer Pakistani nation prayers for Malala.
